What to do if the fault message "Suction Side" appears on my AL-KO Water System?

If the fault message "Suction Side" appears, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure the suction line is submerged in the water by at least 30 cm. Check for and remove any dirt from the suction area and filter. Make sure that the pressure line is not blocked. Inspect all connections in the suction line for leaks and replace the seal ring if necessary. If the pump is drawing air due to water shortage, switch it off and allow it to cool. If the hose diameter is too small, replace it with a larger one. If there's too little water volume on the suction side, throttle back the pump to adapt the flow rate.
