Cause Too many VLAN instances per network element or too many VLAN/port
associations have been created.
Actions Remove unused VLAN instances and re-plan the network to decrease the

Note(s) A maximum number of 1024 VLAN instances per network element is
supported.
A maximum number of 2000 VLAN/port associations is supported.
