ports on the NTU modem, an incorrect wiring of cables has been detected.
Note that the
SHDSL Wiring Error alarm is applicable to NTU modems of
type SDSL-NT10ETH only.

Local indications –
Cause LTU and NTU ports are connected incorrectly.
Actions Correct the wiring of cables such that the rules for connecting LTU and NTU
ports are observed.
Note(s) The NTU ports can be connected to the LTU ports in any order, as long as
newly connected ports are adjacent to the already used port (or group of ports)
on the LTU, and numerically incrementing port numbers on the NTU are
connected to numerically incrementing port numbers on the LTU.
