Cause All the VC-12s of the VCG have failed.
Actions Make sure that the same mapping scheme (GFP or LAP-S encapsulation for
example) is applied at both ends of the connection.
Otherwise, repair the individual members (VC-12s) of the VCG.
Note(s) LCAS is always enabled for an SHDSL NTU and therefore, it is recommended
to apply “diverse routing” i.e. to route the members of the VCG via physically
diverse routes.
