Introduction
Warranty, support, and trouble escalation procedures have been established on a per
country basis. Contact your Alcatel-Lucent account representative for details.
Discontinued Availability
Alcatel-Lucent ONG reserves the right to notify the customer in advance of the
intention to Discontinue the Availability (DA) of a product. Alcatel-Lucent’ ONG also
reserves the right to offer a Technical Support Contract (TSC) to make repair and
technical support services available for an additional period of time after a product has
been discontinued. All TSC services will be at a specified price dependent on the terms
and conditions of the contract.
The rights and obligations of Alcatel-Lucent ONG and the customer shall neither be
assigned nor delegated without prior written consent of the other party, except that
Alcatel-Lucent’ ONG may assign its obligations to any of its affiliates or
non-Alcatel-Lucent contractors without further consent by the customer.
