DESCRIPTION
This is entered in the OAM Configuration Mode.
This command is used to configure a maintenance association within a MD. This
command enters the Domain Association Configuration Mode.

maintenance association.
domain <0-65535> Index value for maintenance domain.

Name for the MA. It can be specified in
the following format: Index value, text
string, VLAN number, VPN ID.
