The manufacturer or vendor accepts no liability for damage
caused by improper or incorrect use. Examples of misuse are
given in the following non-exhaustive list:
• failure to observe the temperature limits;
• charging the battery with an alternative charger to that
specified in the technical data;
• opening or dismantling the battery;
• short-circuiting the battery;
• modifications to the battery;
• repairs of the battery performed by parties other than the
manufacturer or a qualified professional;
• use of the battery for commercial or industrial applications
as well as in connection with the trades;
