• the battery symbol
• the mains symbol

The rechargeable battery will
charge.
Mains symbol flashing
in red
The rechargeable battery is
almost empty and must be
charged.
Mains symbol illumi-
nated in red, battery
symbol flashing in
green
The rechargeable battery is
fully charged.
Battery symbol is illu-
minated in blue
The hair trimmer is operating
in battery mode.
No symbol indicator The hair trimmer is operating
in mains mode or has been
switched off.
