Power off:
The thermometer will automatically switch itself
off after one minute if no button is pressed again.
How to measure:
1. Switch the thermometer on as described.
2. Place the head of the thermometer in your ear
(do not force and do not push too far in)
3. Press and hold button SCAN
4. You will hear a beep after a couple of
seconds. You can now release the button and
read the temperature on the display.
Display read-out:
= temperature is being measured
= temperature is below 34°C
= temperature is below 38°C
= temperature is above 38°C
= temperature is above 43°C
= last measured temperature
= battery low
= ambient temperature is not between 16ºC
and 35ºC:
