    5. Press the Power on/off icon (K) to start air frying. The power light will flash, and the knob screen will display current temperature and remaining time.
  • During Cooking: The basket can be removed to check, turn, or shake foods. The timer and heating will resume when the basket is returned.
  • Completion: When the timer is done, the air fryer will beep 5 times.
  • Preheating: Preheating for 5 minutes before cooking is recommended for faster cooking and crispier results.
  • Oil Usage: For a crisp exterior, lightly oil foods, especially fresh ones. High-fat foods or prepared foods may not require additional oil.
  • Batters: Avoid wet batters as they tend to slide off. Thicker coatings, preferably with breadcrumbs, are recommended.
  • Heat Settings: Most foods fry best between 325°F and 400°F. Lower temperatures are suitable for gentler cooking and reheating.
  • Overcrowding: Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even browning and crisping. Fry food in batches if necessary.
  • Shaking: Shake the basket during cooking for smaller items like French fries, onion rings, and chicken wings to ensure even cooking. For larger or fragile foods, gently toss or flip.
  • Checking Food: Check foods early in the cooking process. The basket can be reinserted to continue cooking.
  • Food Safety: Always follow food safety guidelines for doneness, as cooking times can vary.

Maintenance Features

The nonstick coating on the basket and rack makes cleaning easy.

  • Cooling: Unplug the unit and allow the unit, basket, and basket rack to cool completely before cleaning. Pull out the baskets for faster cooling.
  • Basket and Rack Cleaning: Wash the basket and rack thoroughly with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry well. They are also top-rack dishwasher-safe.
  • Unit Cleaning: Wipe the inside and outside of the unit, including the heating coil, with a damp cloth. Do not put the unit in the dishwasher or submerge it in water or any other liquid.
  • Abrasive Cleansers: Do not use abrasive cleansers on any part of the air fryer to avoid damaging the finishes.
  • Stubborn Grease: For stubborn grease, mix 2 US tbsp (30 mL) of baking soda and 1 US tbsp (15 mL) of water to form a paste. Spread the paste on the baskets, scrub, and let sit for 15 minutes before rinsing. Wash with soap and water before using.
  • Drying: Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling and using.

  • Do not attempt to replace or fix damaged power cords yourself.
  • Keep the appliance and power cord out of reach of children.
  • Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
  • Do not plug in or operate the control panel with wet hands.
  • Ensure the plug is properly inserted into the wall socket.
  • Do not connect to an external timer switch.

  • Leave at least 10cm free space around the back, sides, and above the appliance.
  • Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
  • Use only for its intended purpose as described in the manual.
  • Do not leave unattended.
  • Be cautious of hot steam released during operation. Keep hands and face away from air outlet openings. Accessible surfaces may become hot.
  • If dark smoke appears, immediately unplug the appliance and wait for smoke to stop before removing the pan.
  • Never fill the baskets with oil or fat.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or rinse under the tap.
  • Do not let liquid enter the appliance.
  • Keep all ingredients within the basket to prevent contact with heating elements.

  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional.
  • Do not put the product in damp places or near fire sources.
  • Unplug after use.

Troubleshooting

The manual provides solutions for common issues:

  • Air fryer not turning on: Check if plugged in, ensure basket is securely inserted.
  • Foods not completely cooked: Basket may be overfilled (divide into smaller batches), increase cooking temperature or time.
  • Foods cooked unevenly: Ingredients may be stacked (shake during cooking), ensure non-stick plate is in the basket.
  • Foods not crispy after air frying: Spray or brush a small amount of oil on foods.
  • White smoke coming out: Normal for first use. Ensure basket and non-stick plate are clean and not greasy. Frying greasy foods can cause oil to leak and produce white smoke, which is normal and does not affect cooking.
  • Dark smoke coming out: Unplug immediately, food is burning. Wait for smoke to clear before removing the basket.
  • Pausing/stopping cooking: Remove the basket to pause, place it back to resume.
  • Basket on countertop: Use caution and place on heat-safe surfaces only.
  • Internal connection loose/off: Check heating body connection.
  • Circuit board output abnormal/damaged: Use a multi-meter to detect and replace if damaged.
  • Sensor connection line loose/sensor damaged: Use a multi-meter to detect and replace if damaged.
  • Component pin not soldered: Resolder the corresponding solder fee.
  • Component damage: Replace corresponding electronic components.
