inch the press to neartop position.
088 Upstroke stopped by software. Permit upstroke bit was reset while the
press was in upstroke.
Valve outputs turn OFF. Set the permit upstroke bit, and
inch the press to neartop position.
089 Permit start is not enabled. The permit start bit is not set. Press will not start in
single or continuous mode.
