Changing the Machine’s Date and Time
1. To change the machine’s date and time, under the Infrared menu, click Change Machine
Clock....
2. The Change date and time window opens.
3. Select one of the date and time options as follows:
a. To have the machine use the computer’s date and time information, check the Use computer
date and time checkbox.
b. To have the machine use custom date and time information, un-check the Use computer date
and time checkbox. From the Custom date and time : drop-down list, select the desired date
and time.
4. Click the Set button. The Change machine date/time window opens.
5. Click Send.
6. Align the window on the back of the infrared communication device with the infrared comm port
window on the machine’s control.
7. The date and time information is sent to the machine.
8. To close the Change machine date/time window, click the Close button.
