VIRTUAL-LINK DESCRIPTION
atmf virtual-link description
Overview Use this command to add a description to an existing AMF virtual-link.
Note that AlliedWare Plus CentreCOM Series switches are AMF Edge nodes and do
not support virtual links or crosslinks. This is because each edge node can only
have a single physical AMF link.
Use the no variant of this command to remove a description from an AMF
virtual-link.
Syntax
atmf virtual-link id <1-4094> description <description>
no atmf virtual-link id <1-4094> description
Default No description is set by default.
Mode Global Configuration
Example To add a description to the virtual-link with id ‘5’, use the commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# atmf virtual-link id 5 description TO SITE B
To remove a description from the virtual-link with id ‘5’, use the commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# no atmf virtual-link id 5
