grease
fittings
on
the
tractor.
Wipe
fittings
clean
before
greasing.
Use
a
standard
grease
gun
with
general
purpose
automotive
grease.

A
few
drops
of
engine
oil
should
be
placed
on
the
numerous
pivot
points
and
moving
parts
of
the
trac¬
tor
and
mower.
Keep
oil
off
belts
and
pulleys
to
pre¬
vent
belt
damage.
Place
oil
at
all
points
where
metal
parts
rub
together,
such
as
rods
and
rod
guides,
levers,
etc.
CHECK
FLUID
LEVELS
&
TIRE
PRESSURES
1.
Check
the
bevel
gear
box
fluid
level.
Remove
the
fill
plug
(A,
Figure
7)
and
wipe
oil
off
attached
pin.
Insert
the
fill
plug
loosely
in
hole
(do
not
screw
in).
In
this
position
the
fluid
should
just
touch
the
bot¬
tom
of
the
pin.
If
not,
add
Allis-Chalmers
Power
Fluid
821.
Do
not
overfill.
A
drain
plug
(C)
is
located
on
rear
cover.
