Usage Features:
The JIBBI 1250 EVO is equipped with a mobile control push-button panel, available in both cable and radio versions. The platform can be operated from the basket for normal use, or from the ground for emergency or maintenance situations (with load restrictions).
- Control Panel: Features joysticks for track translation, boom lifting/lowering, tower rotation, outreach extension/retraction, and basket rotation. Selectors manage engine ignition, dynamic/proactive levelling, ground/aerial movements, engine revolutions, and engine type (endothermic/electric). An emergency button provides immediate stopping of all functions.
- Dynamic Levelling: Automatically levels the fifth wheel during translation, ensuring stability on uneven ground. Proactive levelling is available for movements at height.
- Fast Drive (Booster Mode): Increases travel speed by putting hydraulic motors in series, but disables steering and automatic levelling.
- Track Widening/Narrowing: Allows adjustment of track width for stability or access in tight spaces.
- Man Present Pedal (Optional): Requires the pedal to be pressed for normal work movements, ensuring an operator is present.
- Safety Devices: Includes magnetostrictive sensors for carriage extension, angle sensors for main frame and tower inclination, an absolute encoder for tower rotation, a boom angle sensor, an outreach extension sensor, a platform balancing angle sensor, and an overload monitoring device.
