before installing. This material is only for protection during shipping. The coils
have a UV resistant dip applied at the factory and need no other coating or
treatment. Other coatings may affect the tuning of the antennas.
IMPORTANT--IMPORTANT! Never install an antenna near
power or drop lines as coming in contact with them while handling
the antenna could cause death or injury, or structure fire if the
antenna falls across power lines while connected to the feed line!
