Alpha not responsive
Wifi not connecting
In many cases, Alpha simply needs to be
charged and/or reset. Use the included USB
cable to plug your Alpha into a USB wall
charger.
To reset the device, hold down the Power
Button for 12 seconds. If it is still not
booting, let it charge for at least 6 hours
and try turning on or resetting again.
Alpha is equipped with a 2.4ghz radio and is
compatible with most 802.11 b/g/n networks
using the WPA protocol. Alpha cannot connect
to a 5ghz network or a network using WEP.
NOTE: Alpha is unable to connect to a Wifi
network that requires an additional opt-in or
authentication step (e.g. some public, hotel,
or university networks).
