Turning Defeat Mode
On and Off
When the defeat mode is on, the sound signals
bypass the BBE and surround circuits and
directly go to the line output. The equaliser
curve, therefore, becomes flat.
Press the 4 (A.PROC) button. The display
shows the Audio Processor List screen.

Press the SOURCE button. The main menu
screen appears on the display.

Rotate the rotary encoder and select "Defeat."
The Function Guide is displayed.
Press the 2 (ON) button to turn on the defeat
mode. The sound signals bypass the BBE and
surround circuits.
To turn off the defeat mode, press the 1 (OFF)
button.
