When moving this equipment, hold it firmly by the handles on the
sides, and hold the cover in place to prevent it from falling. In the
event of a fall, it could be damaged or injure the user.
Disconnect the power plug if the purifier is not used for a long period
of time.
In the event of interference with radio or television, try to:
- Readjust the antenna of the equipment (television, radio)
- Install the purifier at a distance further from the object undergoing
interference.
- Connect the air purifier and the object undergoing interference to
different sockets.

The air flow
rate at the

purifier is very
low.
- Filter plastic packaging not removed => Uninstall the filter,
remove its plastic packaging, and reinstall it.
- The air outlet is blocked by dust or other object => Release
the air outlet.
- The composite filter is saturated => Dust its surface or change
the filter.
The amount of
dust in the
room does not
seem to
decrease. The
air quality in
the room does
not seem to
improve.
- The composite filter is not installed in the purifier => Install a
filter.
- The doors and / or windows of the room are frequently
opened. Polluted outside air then enters the room and the
purifier must again purify the air => Do not use the air purifier
in open spaces.
- The surface of the room is too large. The efficiency of the
purifier is then diluted => Check that the surface of the room
does not exceed the recommended limit.
- The air purifier is in a congested space, the air does not
circulate easily => Free up space around the air purifier and
ensure air circulation.
- The filter is dusty or saturated => Dust or change the filter.
The purifier
has a strange
smell.
- There are too many sources of smoke or odors => Ventilate
the room as much as possible before using the purifier.
- The filter is saturated => Replace the filter.
- The filter is new => It sometimes takes a few days of use
before the filter no longer smells like a new filter.
