Receptacle, Cup and Fitting Assembly
FUEL FILL INSTALLATION
1. Obtain the fuel ll cup and joining components. Remove the rubber cap
and the nut from the receptacle. Rubber cap is to be re-attached when as-
sembly is completed.
2. Insert receptacle through fuel ll cup housing opening and screw nut on
receptacle.
3. Tighten the nut to receptacle and cup with a torque wrench to 45-50 ft-lbs
of torque.
4. Attached the straight thread end of 90º elbow tting to the receptacle and
tighten nut with torque wrench to 35 ft-lbs of torque. Align tting to point
parallel with drain hole in cup.
