How to Set the Date and Time for HACCP Data

Before you begin Make sure the HACCP option is enabled. The “DATE” option is available in the
settings menu.
Procedure
To set the date and time for HACCP data, do the following.
Step Action
1. Press and hold the knob to access the settings menu.
2. Turn the knob until the control displays “date”.
Press the knob to access the date menu.
3. Turn the knob to select the year.
Press the knob to set the year.
Repeat the process to set the month and day.
