Initial step to disassemble the connector components as shown.
Select cable and strip insulation and jacket according to specified dimensions.
Slide end cap, sealing, and outer metal gasket onto the cable in sequence.
Prepare braiding, attach inner metal gasket, fold braiding, and secure with outer metal gasket.
Insert position sleeve and then the R4 terminal assembly.
Crimp the terminal onto the wire using specified machine and parameters.
Insert insulation sleeve through R4 holder and rotate until it stops.
Insert assembly into shield shell, push sealing, and tighten end cap.
Perform insulation resistance tests between cable, HVIL, and shell.
Conduct dielectric withstand voltage tests for electrical performance.
