Assembly Instruction

Step 1: Connector Disassembly

Initial step to disassemble the connector components as shown.

Step 2: Cable Preparation and Stripping

Select cable and strip insulation and jacket according to specified dimensions.

Step 3: Component Insertion onto Cable

Slide end cap, sealing, and outer metal gasket onto the cable in sequence.

Step 4: Braiding Preparation and Gasket Assembly

Prepare braiding, attach inner metal gasket, fold braiding, and secure with outer metal gasket.

Assembly Instruction Continuation

Step 5: Position Sleeve and Terminal Insertion

Insert position sleeve and then the R4 terminal assembly.

Step 6: Terminal Crimping

Crimp the terminal onto the wire using specified machine and parameters.

Step 7: Insulation Sleeve Installation

Insert insulation sleeve through R4 holder and rotate until it stops.

Step 8: Final Assembly and Tightening

Insert assembly into shield shell, push sealing, and tighten end cap.

Perform insulation resistance tests between cable, HVIL, and shell.

Conduct dielectric withstand voltage tests for electrical performance.
