Guide bar
• Reverse the bar occasionally to avoid partial and unbalanced wear of the
chain and bar.
• The bar rail should always be square. Check the bar rail for wear. Apply a
ruler to the bar and to the outside of a cutter. If there is a gap between them,
the lane is normal. Otherwise, the bar rail is worn. This bar needs to be
corrected or replaced.
