The focusing
ring is the
foremost ele-
ment of the
lens mount
and is identified
by tire
figures 3 through

(inflnity).
When
the distance
from camera
to sub-
ject
has been determined,
turn the focus-
ing
ring until that distance
figure is
opposite
the diamond-shaped index mark
on
the stationary
lens mount. Estimate
distances as accurately as
possible
so

pictures
will be sharp and clear.
