Check 220V power supply voltage and the contact of power socket
Check AC220Vvoltage and the contact of power socket.
Check the two feet of the capacitors of the
power of mainboard after rectifying with
308V

Check the power switch with 220V input or not, if yes, the
switch broken, if no, it may the plug of the power cord plug
has no voltage or the power cord is not inserted in place.
Check the power+5V SB voltage for
abnormit
y
Check the rectifier diode has no short-circuit to the
ground, or the insured has the open circuit or burned
out, and check whether the relevant AC input circuit is
burned or not, if no, replace power IC or other element.
Power+5V SB voltage in normal, check the 5V SB
to 1.5V or 1.8V or 3.3V DC voltage for abnormity
Check +5V SB voltage with output, check it in short-circuit
or not, if no, check 5V SB mainpower related parts
Power+5V SB voltage in normal, and related transform
to 1.5V or 1.8V or 3.3V are in normal, check Crystal
voltage(1.6V) for abnormity.
If the DC voltage for 5V SB transfer to 1.5V or 1.8V or
3.3V is no or lower, check output voltage with short-circuit
or the grounding resistance is lower, check the main chip
for power supplier may broken, if the grounding resistance
is lower, it is the power transfer main chip bad.
If no abnormal voltage is detected, check mainboard output
(on/off) control voltage 12V or 24V output control voltage
4.8V for abnormit

Check level of the crystal oscillator voltage
(1.6V) in high or low and change the crystal
oscillator of the same specification
If no control voltage 4.8V of mainboard (on/off),
check software programming is ok or not, check
the related circuit or re

If mainboard (on/off) control voltage 4.8V is in normal,
check power output +12V or +24V for abnormity
Check power output +12V or +24V in normal or not, if
still can't start, check software updating is ok or not, and
check the related circuit or replace main chip
