information for iPod shue.

iPod shuffle to avoid injury.

Important Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in re, electric
shock, or other injury or damage.
Proper handling Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture,
shred, microwave, incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects into iPod shue.
Water and wet locations Do not use iPod shue in rain, or near washbasins or
other wet locations. Take care not to spill any food or liquid on iPod shue. In case
iPod shue gets wet, unplug all cables, turn o iPod shue (slide the three-way switch
to OFF) before cleaning, and allow it to dry thoroughly before turning it on again. Do
not attempt to dry iPod shue with an external heat source, such as a microwave
oven or hair dryer.
iPod shue repairs Never attempt to repair or modify iPod shue yourself. If
iPod shue has been submerged in water, punctured, or subjected to a severe fall,
do not use it until you take it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider. iPod shue
doesn’t contain any user-serviceable parts. Disassembling iPod shue, including the
removal of the back cover, may cause damage that is not covered under warranty.

www.apple.com/support/ipod/service. The rechargeable battery in iPod shue should
be replaced only by an Apple Authorized Service Provider. For more information
