Control your home entertainment system with the
Siri Remote
You can configure the Siri Remote to turn your TV on or off, change the input to
your Apple TV, and even control the volume.
Use the Siri Remote to turn your TV on or off. In Settings R, go to "Remotes
and Devices" > "Turn On Your TV with Your Remote."
Use the Siri Remote to control the volume of your TV or receiver. In Settings
R, go to "Remotes and Devices" > Volume Control.
Note: These settings may not work with all devices. For more information, see the

Use a universal remote to control Apple TV
You can use any infrared remote to control Apple TV. You just need to let the other
remote learn the signals that the Siri Remote generates.
Teach an infrared remote to control Apple TV. In Settings R, go to "Remotes
and Devices" > Learn Remote, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Use Apple TV as a conference room display
You can use Apple TV as a conference room display so that anyone can easily
share their screen from a Mac or iOS device using AirPlay. When Conference Room
Display is turned on, a message appears on the display with AirPlay connection
instructions and wireless network details.
