7. Error & Repair
Be aware of the following error codes (shown in the OLEG display)
7.1 Error code 13; as shown in Figure 7-1, the battery pack is not installed correctly, so it needs to be
re-installed. The release button (NO.1) needs to be installed in place. If the battery pack is installed in
place and the OLED still displays an error, it needs to be maintained by professionals.
7.2 Error code 106; the charging temperature is too high. Please wait for 60 minutes before charging.
If error code 106 is still displayed, replace the charger.
7.3 Error code 107; the appliance’s temperature is too high when it is used in MAX gear, or the
ambient temperature is too high. It is recommended to wait 60 minutes before using.
7.4 Error code 108; the roller brush is stuck. Press the release key (NO.2), and take out the roller
brush, as shown in Figures 6-11 and 6-12, and clean the hair and garbage off the roller brush
7.5 Error code 110; the battery pack voltage is not enough, so it needs to be charged.
7.6 Error code 121; the pipe is blocked.
7.19 Display shows “Filter Blocked”; the filter is blocked. Grip the filter screen and rotate it
counterclockwise to pull it out of the dust cup. Tap the dirt on the filter screen and dump the dust out
of the dust cup (see figure 6-7 and 6-8). Hold the filter bin handle firmly, pull the HEPA filter out of the
dust cup and empty it. If necessary, clean the HEPA filter under the tap, and then let it completely dry
before using, as shown in Figures 6-5 and 6-6.
Note: The filter screen, HEPA filter and dust cup should be assembled in dry state before using.
Note: For other error codes please contact the service center for maintenance.
Product Care: It is recommended that you clean the dust cup every time after using. Wash or
replace the filter if there is too much dust or blockage. Remove hair from the roller brush if
hair blocks the floor brush, and keep it tangle-free after using it for a long time so that the
vacuum cleaner work more efficiently.
