  If the On/Off light is off on your Aqua Comfort Technologies Water Filtration System, it indicates a lack of power. First, ensure the system is turned on by turning the Control Knob clockwise to the desired setting. If that doesn't work, check the main fuse on the bottom of the Control Box and replace it if necessary with a 6.3 Amp 250VAC 6x32mm Slow Blow fuse. An extra fuse is located on the bottom-side of the Control Box cover. Also, check the breaker leading to the pool control and inspect the power wires for correct wiring. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could indicate another malfunction in the Control Box.

Ensure the system is turned on by setting the Control Knob to the desired position. If the control knob is already on, try turning it higher (clockwise) and/or increase the pump operation time. Check the salinity level and ensure it's adequate. The pump should run for at least 8 hours per day to ensure 1.5 turnovers of all the pool water. Also, verify the stabilizer (Cyanuric Acid) level, which should be between 40-80 ppm, adding stabilizer if needed. Finally, check and balance the other chemicals in your pool.
