Shoulder Strap Sizes
If you can’t raise sternum strap enough, lower the
shoulder straps on the GridLock™. If you still can’t
raise the sternum strap enough, you might need a
smaller size of shoulder straps.
To request a different size of shoulder straps,
please contact the retailer where you purchased
your pack or Arc’teryx Customer Service.

EXPERT FIT TIP: Once the shoulder straps and
sternum strap are adjusted to where you like
them, try over-tightening the sternum strap by
1cm and loosening the shoulder straps on each
side by 1 cm. These micro-adjustments can make
the pack feel better with heavier loads.
