7. Warranty
Please keep the proof of purchase and present it to the after-sales service.
Duration of warranty
1. The ARCHOS Cyclee is guaranteed for 12 months, except the battery and the
consumables (Battery, Tires)
2. The battery and charger are guaranteed for 6 months.
3. Tires are warranted for 1 month.
Exclusions from Warranty
ARCHOS will refuse the implementation of this warranty in the following cases:
1. Misuse due to non-compliance with the operating, maintenance and installation
procedures described in the user's manual.
2. Any damage resulting from the repair and / or repairs made by the user or a third
party without the prior agreement of ARCHOS.
3. Damage resulting from accidents or poor maintenance.
4. Damage resulting from use on land not suitable for driving a two-wheeled vehicle.
5. Abuse is not taken into account.
