6. REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT AND PRODUCT

6.1 ARISTON SERVICE CENTRES

Ariston Service Centres can access the Teleassistance platform by entering their cre-

dentials on the Ariston Net Portal:

6.2 END USERS

Download the o cial Ariston Net app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play

to control your product remotely; alternatively, connect to the Ariston Net portal:

https://www.ariston-net.remotethermo.com

You can register your account and product only after connecting the device to the

Internet (see paragraph 5).

IMPORTANT:

You can use Ariston Net with several devices at once: simply use the same creden-

tials to log in.

In such case, the existing Sensys device must be replaced with a new one.
