Deaeration cycle
During the  lling stage or if there is excess air in the system,
the deaeration cycle can be activated by holding the MODE
button for 10 seconds. The boiler will start a cycle which lasts
approximately 7 minutes. When this is complete the menu screen
will be restored. The cycle may either be repeated, if necessary,
or stopped by pressing MODE. Press the MODE button until the
normal display screen is restored.
Funzione Disareazione
Premendo il tasto MODE per 10 secondi la caldaia attiva un ciclo
di disareazione di circa 7 minuti. La funzione può essere interrotta
premendo il tasto MODE. Se necessario è possibile attivare un
nuovo ciclo. Veri care che la caldaia sia in Stand-by, nessuna
richiesta dal circuito riscaldamento o dal sanitario.
Prima accensione
1. Assicurarsi che:
- il rubinetto gas sia chiuso;
- il collegamento elettrico sia stato e ettuato in modo corretto.
Assicurarsi in ogni caso che il  lo di terra verde/giallo sia collegato
ad un e ciente impianto di terra.
- sollevare, con un cacciavite, il tappo della valvola sfogo aria
automatica;
- l’indicazione della pressione d’impianto sul
manometro sia superiore a 1 bar;
- accendere la caldaia (premendo il tasto ON/OFF)
e selezionare la modalità stand-by, non ci sono
richieste né dal sanitario né dal riscaldamento.
- attivare il ciclo di disareazione premendo il tasto
MODE per 10 secondi. La caldaia inizierà un ciclo
di disareazione di circa 7 minuti.
- al termine veri care che l’impianto si
completamente disareato e, in caso contrario,
ripetere l’operazione.
- Vericare che l’acqua sia presente nel sifone
altrimenti provvedere al riempimento
NB. in caso di prolungato inutilizzo
dell’apparecchio il sifone va riempito prima di una nuova
accensione. Il mancato reintegro dell’acqua nel sifone
è pericoloso in quanto c’è possibilità di uscita di fumi
nell’ambiente.
- spurgare l’aria dai radiatori
- aprire l’acqua calda sanitaria  no allo s ato completo del
circuito
- il condotto di evacuazione dei prodotti della combustione sia
idoneo e libero da eventuali ostruzioni.
- le eventuali necessarie prese di ventilazione del locale siano
aperte (installazioni di tipo B).
2. Aprire il rubinetto del gas e veri care la tenuta degli attacchi
compresi quelli della caldaia veri cando che il contatore non
segnali alcun passaggio di gas. Eliminare eventuali fughe.
3. Mettere in funzione la caldaia attivando il funzionamento
invernale o estivo.
First ignition
1. Make sure that:
- The gas valve is closed;
- The electrical connection has been properly carried out. Make
sure that, in any case, the green/yellow earthing wire is connected
to an e cient earthing system;
- Use a screwdriver to lift the cap on the automatic air relief valve;
- the system pressure is at least 1 bar on the pressure gauge
- Switch on the boiler (by pressing the ON/OFF
button) and select the standby mode, where no
hot water or heating requests are made.
- Start the deaeration cycle by pressing MODE for
10 seconds
The boiler will start a deaeration cycle lasting
about 7 minutes. If you need to stop it press
MODE.
- At the end, check that the system is completely
deaerated and, if not, repeat the procedure.
- Check whether the siphon contains water; if not,
it must be re lled.
N.B.: if the boiler will not be used for long
periods, the siphon should be  lled before the
boiler is started up again.
It is dangerous not to re ll the siphon as
fumes may be released into the environment.
- Bleed the air from the radiators;
- The exhaust duct for combustion products should be suitable
and free from any obstructions;
- Any necessary ventilation inlets in the room should be open
(type B installation).
2. Open the gas valve and check the connection seals, including
the boiler connection seals, making sure that the meter does not
detect any passage of gas. Eliminate any leaks.
3. Start the boiler by selecting the heating or domestic hot water
operation.
