TROUBLESHOOTING
If you cannot resolve the problems with your appliance using the methods
given in the table below, take your appliance to Arnica Authorized Service
.
PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION
The vacuum
cleaner does not
vacuum at all.
It may not have
sufficient charge.
To charge, check that the charger
is plugged in and that the charging
connector of the device is connected
to the charger.
Filters may not be
placed.
Check that the filters in the container
and the body are properly placed.
The vacuum
cleaner vacuums
insufficiently.
Filters may be full. Clean and place back the filters.
An object may be
trapped in the vacuum
opening.
Check whether there is an object
clogging the vacuum opening.
The appliance is
not charging.
The charger may not
be plugged in.
Plug in the charger. The lights on the
appliance and the adapter will start to
turn on when charging starts.
The appliance may not
be positioned correctly
in the charging unit or
charger.
Make sure that the appliance fits
perfectly into the charging unit. If
you are using the charger input by
connecting it to the device, check that
the charger input fully fits in the slot.
The vacuum
cleaner is
blowing away
dust.
The container or filters
may be full.
Clean the container and filters.
Replace the filters every 6 months with
a new one.
The filters may not be
placed properly.
Ensure the filter is correctly placed.
The appliance
turns off
automatically.
Filters may be full.
Clean the container and filters.
Replace the filters every 6 months with
a new one.
The vacuum opening
may be clogged.
Check whether there is an object
clogging the vacuum opening.
The charge may be too
low.
Check the charge status, and charge
the appliance if necessary.
The battery may be
overheated.
Wait for the appliance to cool down,
then operate it again.
The appliance
is charging very
slowly.
The battery may be
extremely cold or hot.
Wait for the temperature of the battery
to return to the normal values. The
charging time will return to normal.
