on cart

Switch on individual devices as needed

Blue start screen is displayed on tablet

2. Enter Patient Data on Tablet

Log in with user and password

The following screen appears for patient entry:
• Required: Surgeon, Procedure, Patient
(all other fields are optional)
• Date of birth (calendar icon)
- From right to left (year | month | day)
- “Set”
• Select one of the following:
a) Patient appears in patient list
b) Select twice to begin surgery
right away
