complicated than Normal Mode.

t Master PIN Code ≠ User PIN Code ≠ One Time PIN Code.
t When Safety Mode, Fake PIN Code cannot be used.
t It is impossible to change mode by using Card Key, User PIN Code and One Time PIN Code.
t When mode change from Safety Mode to Normal Mode.
- Most registration information(Card Key, User PIN Code, One Time PIN Code) is removed.
- Remote controller information is not removed.
