Caution!
Inspect for damage: Damage on metal parts can lead to injuries. A
damaged locking cylinder is a safety and/or security risk. Always inspect
the packaging and the locking cylinder for damage. A damaged locking
cylinder must never be assembled. A damaged locking cylinder must
never be used.
Observe the specifications and regulations of inspection authorities:
The regulations of inspection authorities must be observed for the
installation of the mechatronic VERSOCLIQ
®
locking cylinder. Specifications
of the door manufacturer must also be observed.
Comply with the fire certification: The conformity of the fire certifi-
cations for all door components and the suitability of the mechatronic
VERSOCLIQ
®
locking cylinder must be checked for installation in a fire or
smoke door.
Risk of injury due to sharp edges and chips: There is a risk of injury due
to sharp edges and chips from drilling or other cutting work. Take partic-
ular care to protect your eyes with suitable protective goggles. The work
may only be performed by an appropriately qualified person.
