Why is fluid leaking from the Asymtek Nordson Select Coat SC-100 Paint Sprayer nozzle when the film coater is on?

If fluid leaks from the nozzle or seat when the film coater is on, check the following: Ensure the nozzle is securely wrench-tightened on the extension, being careful not to over-tighten it. Inspect the O-ring between the nozzle holder and extension for damage and proper seating; replace if necessary. Also, inspect the Teflon seal in the nozzle and nozzle nut (if used) for damage or improper seating; replace if necessary and ensure they are properly seated.
