HDU.

It

is

a

software

routine

that

sets

the

heads

of

the

HDU

in

an

unused

track

at

the

end

of

the

disk.

This

reduces

the

possibility

of

disk

being

damaged

when

the

unit

is

transported

from

one

location

to

another.

This

subroutine

can

also

be

found

on

the

MS-DOS

disk.
