1. Verify that power switch is ON.
2. Verify that power cord is plugged in
at wall outlet and rear panel.
3. Verify- that 110 V ac is present at
wall outlet.
4. Check ac cord continuity.
5. Remove fan cover. Check leads for
110 V ac. If YES, replace fan.
6. Refer to "System Load check on
on PS."
