Selecting
Objects
and
Entering
Commands
If
you
use
the
mouse,
press
<Bl>
to
move
the
highlight
to
the
desired
field.
You
can
move
to
the
desired
field
in
a
form
using
any
of
the
pointing
methods
described
earlier
in
this
chapter,
such
as
moving
the
mouse
pointer
and
pressing
the
Bl
mouse
button
or
using
the
arrow
keys.
You
can
also
use
the
Tab,
Shift-Tab,
Next,
and
Return
keys
to
move
between
fields.
When
you
pOint
to
the
field,
a
message
may
appear
on
the
message
line
informing
you
of
the
type
of
response
the
field
requires.

If
the
field
requires
you
to
select
from
a
list
of
choices,
press
<B2>,
<Cmd>,
<Opts>,
or
a
character
to
display
a
menu
of
the
choices
for
the
field,
and
then
select
an
option
from
the
menu.
You
can
also
press
<B3>
or
<Mark>
repeatedly
until
the
entry
you
want
is
displayed.

If
the
field
requires
you
to
enter
information,
type
your
new
entry.
Canceling
the
Field
Changes
To
cancel
all
the
field
entries
you
have
Changed
and
return
the
entries
to
their
original
default
settings:
o
Press
<Cancl>.
The
form
window
closes
and
no
changes
are
made.
This
action
also
cancels
the
command
that
displayed
the
form.
Executing
the
Form
After
filling
in
the
form,
you
can
execute
the
command,
closing
the
form
window
in
two
ways:
o
You
can
press
<Enter>.
o
You
can
point
to
the
[OK]
icon
at
the
bottom
of
the
form
and
press
<Bl>.
