Using
Office
Commands
To
clean
up
all
open
folders
(including
Filecabinet,
Wastebasket,
Administration,
and
Floppydisk
objects)

Open
or
resume
the
Office,
a
folder,
the
F~lecabinet,
or
the
Floppydisk
object.

Select
!Cleanup!
from
the
Commands
menu.
All
open
folders,
Filecabinets,
and
Floppydisk
objects
are
closed
and
removed
from
the
screen.
The
Office
becomes
the
current
window.
Any
windows
containing
application
programs
or
the
UNIX
system
are
still
open,
and
they
must
be
resumed
and
then
exited
before
logging
out
or
shutting
down
the
system.
Close
Command
The
Close
command
closes
open
objects.
When
you
close
an
object,
the
window
for
that
object
is
closed
and
removed
from
the
screen.
To
issue
the
Close
command,
you
can
use
any
of
the
following
methods:
o
Press
the
<Exit>
key.
o
Point
to
the
[X]
icon
in
the
lower-left
corner
of
the
window
and
press
<Bl>.
o
Select
!Close!
from
the
Commands
menu.
o
Press
<Shift>-<Close>.

To
close
an
object:
1
If
the
object
you
want
to
close
is
not
the
active
window,
resume
it.

Press
<Exit>
or
point
to
the
[X]
icon
and
press
<Bl>.
If
the
object
you
want
to
close
is
in
a
window
in
which
an
application
program
is
running,
the
program
may
prompt
you
to
save
the
file.
