Using
Office
Commands
o
Fjles
in
a
given
age
range:
if
you
know
the
file
or
files
have
been
created
or
last
changed
within
a
particular
time
span,
type
the
age
range
in
number
of
days,
separated
by
two
periods.
For
example,
to
find
files
I
created
between
7
and
14
days
ago,
type:
7
..
14
Help
Command
You
can
get
Help
any
time
you
need
more
information
about
your
current
activity
or
the
Office
in
general.
If
you
are
in
the
process
of
entering
a
command,
information
about
that
command
is
displayed.
If
you
are
pointing
to
an
object,
information
about
that
type
of
object
is
displayed.
In
some
cases,
a
general-
purpose
Help
screen
appears.
After
viewing
Help
information,
exiting
from
the
Help
window
returns
the
cursor
to
its
location
when
you
requested
Help.
You
can
use
any
of
these
methods
to
view
Help
information:
o
Press
<Help>.
o
Use
the
[?]
icon
in
the
upper-right
corner
of
the
window.
o
Select
\
Help
\
from
the
Commands
menu.

To
get
Help:

Point
to
the
object
or
command
for
which
you
want
help.

subjects
for
which
Help
is
available,
press
[TABLE
OF
CONTENTS] .
