Type

make
another
copy;

Remove
the
target
diskette
from
the
floppy
disk
drive.
If
you
chose
to
make
another
copy,
respond
to
the
next
message
by
inserting
a
formatted
target
floppy
disk
and
pressing
the
Enter
key
or
the
B1
mouse
button.
If
you
chose
not
to
make
another
copy,
the
floppy
disk
copy
procedure
is
completed.
Copying
or
MoYing
Folders
and
Files
to
a
Floppy
Disk
You
can
copy
or
move
selected
folders
and
files
to
a
UNIX
PC
floppy
disk.
You
may
want
to
do
this
for
safekeeping
or
for
security
reasons.
For
information
on
how
to
handle
floppy
disks
and
insert
them
into
the
drive,
see
"Handling
Floppy
Disks"
at
the
beginning
of
this
chapter.
To
copy
or
move
folders
or
files
onto
a
floppy
disk:
1
Open
or
resume
the
Filecabinet
or
the
folder
that
contains
the
folders
or
files
you
want
to
copy
or
move.

Select
the
folders
or
files
you
want
to
copy
or
move.
3
Select
the
,Copy
or
Move
command.
The
message
Open
destination
folder
and
touch
PASTE
appears.
The
Floppydisk
is
the
destination.
4
Resume
the
Office
window.
5
Point
to
I
Floppydiskl
and
press
<Enter>
or
<B1>.
You
see
the
Floppydisk
menu.
