Using Floppy Disks
To remove the floppy disk from the drive, you must
first close all the open Floppydisk folders and files.
Then close the Floppydisk menu, so that the red light
on the drive is off and the message It is now safe to
remove the Floppy disk appears.
Copying or Moying Folders and Fjles from a Flqppy Disk
You can copy or move folders and files from a UNIX PC
floppy disk into your Filecabinet or a folder.
To copy or move folders and files from a floppy disk:
1 Resume the Office window.
2 Point to I Floppydiskl and press <Enter> or
<B1>.
The Floppydisk menu is displayed.

4 Press <Enter> or <B1>.
The Insert floppy disk window is displayed.
5 Insert the floppy disk containing the folders
and files you want to copy or move and press
<Enter> or <B1>.
The Floppydisk menu is displayed.
6 Select the folders and files you want to copy
or move.
