Using Floppy Disks
Caution
Do not attempt to move or reshape the MS-
DOS window or perform other tasks while
it is active--wait until after you have
closed the MS-DOS Floppydisk menu
window.
To read the directory of an MS-DOS floppy disk:
1 Point to I Floppydiskl in the Office window.
2 Press <Enter>.
The Floppydisk menu appears.
3 Point to IMSDOS Disk Readl .

5 Insert the MS-DOS disk into the floppy disk
drive.
6 Press <Enter>.
The directory (list of files) for the MS-DOS disk
appears. Five new screen keys with the following
labels are displayed: the OPEN, CLOSE, COPY, EXIT, and
FULLDISP screen keys.
To see an expanded version (full display) of the MS-DOS
directory:
o Select [FULLDISPJ.
