Floppy

Note
You
cannot
edit
an
MS-DOS
file
on
the
floppy
disk.
To
edit
an
MS-DOS
file,
follow
the
procedure
for
copying
a
file
from
the
MS-DOS
disk
into
your
Filecabinet.
This
procedure
is
described
earlier
in
this
section.
Writing
onto
MS-DOS

The
MSDOS
Disk
Write
selection
allows
you
to
write
files
from
the
UNIX PC
and
change
their
format
so
that
they
can
be
used
with
an
MS-DOS
system.
To
use
this
function,
you
must
have
a
floppy
disk
formatted
for
MS-
DOS.
Use
the
MSDOS
Disk
Format
selection
described
earlier
in
this
chapter
to
format
an
MS-DOS
disk.
To

onto
an
MS-DOS
