Using Printers
This chapter shows you how to use the printer commands
found in the Printers object of every Office. The
following procedures show you how to:
o Open the Printers object
o Check the print queue
o Cancel print jobs
o Restart a printer
o Set up a printer
Opening the Printers Object
The Printers object is displayed in the Office of every
user login. To open the Printers object:
1 Point to I Printers I .
2 Press <Enter>.
The following Printers menu is displayed:
