Using Printers
Checking the Printer Queue
You can send several screen prints and files to the
printer in succession. The printer queue is a list of
these jobs in the order they will print. You can check
this list to see what is waiting to print.
To check the printer queue:

1 Resume the Office window.
2 Point to !Printers!.
3 Press <Bl> or <Enter>.
The following Printers menu is displayed:

4 Point to !Printer Queue! .

Press <Enter>.
The Printer queue status window is displayed.
For example, if you have a document waiting,
the display would look something like this:
