Using
Printers
If
no
print
jobs
are
printing
or
waiting
to
be
printed,
the
Printer
queue
status
window
is
empty.

When
you
finish
viewing
the
display,
press
<Exit>.
Canceling
Print
Jobs
You
can
use
the
Printer
queue
status
display
to
cancel
any
job
that
is
waiting
to
print.
To
cancel
print
jobs:
1
Point
to
\
Printers
\
from
the
Office
and
press
<Enter>.

Point
to
\Printer
Queue
\
and
press
<Enter>.
3
Point
to
the
print
job
you
want
to
cancel.
If
you
want
to
cancel
several
print
jobs,
point
to
each
and
press
<B3>
or
<Mark>.

Press
<Enter>
or
<Bl>.
A
confirm
message
is
displayed.

Press
<Enter>
or
<Bl>.
The
item(s)
are
removed
from
the
queue,
and
the
printer
stops
printing
in
a
few
moments.
Note
If
you
cancel
a
graphics
print
job
(for
example,
a
screen
print)
in
the
middle
of
printing,
you
must
reset
the
printer
to
exit
graphic
print
mode.
To
do
this,
turn
the
printer's
power
switch
off
and
then
on
again.
